I like to have challenges and right now the L Pull-up is one I am grappling with. Six months ago I could not do a pull-up without the assistance of a chair, a trick I learned from P90x years ago. Tony Horton has always been good at understanding that people approach workouts with different levels of fitness. Anyway, as soon as I could do a pull-up without a chair, I wanted to do the L Pull-up. Truth be told what I am really shooting for is the V Pull-up. But more on that at a later date.
