OK, I know a lot of people are going to spend the day watching football, so how about a couch squat challenge? There’s a few ways this could work: you might do body weight or couch squats every commercial break or squats every score or squats every time the team you bet against scores. Break into teams! Keep track of what teams does the most squat!
If you watched the work out video I posted, the couch squat is the same idea as the chair squat I demonstrated, but from the couch. Pretty straight forward, just stand up and sit back down 10-12 times. This is a fun way to Keep Moving throughout a day of football viewing!
