Bonifay already walks around three miles a day, so has a good a aerobic plan in place. I am recommending he complete the following core workout three to four times a week, alternating a 10 minute workout with a doubled up 20 minute workout. After a couple weeks, we will add pushups. At four weeks, we will add chair-assisted pull-ups.
The ten exercises include mountain climbers, hand walk out, bird dog, supine Superman, rocking chair, leg climbers, squat hold, side plank knee raise, supine toe touches, and plank.
